Oh my heavens. I thought it was real until the CPR part, but I still couldn't figure out why the news guy would be making light of your passing out! I couldn't figure out what the heck until the thing afterwards about making your own video tragedy. Silly! This would have been a great April Fool's! (except you might have gotten angry email again from the most gullible readers).
 

When you make one, at the end there's a form letter to send to your work to explain why you won't be in. I sent it to my boss and the office manager, and they got a kick out of it. :)
