Strict regulations published by Athens 2004 last week dictate that spectators may be refused admission to events if they are carrying food or drinks made by companies that did not see fit to sponsor the games.

I am sorry but I find that disgusting. As if the whole production was not already over-commercialized. This is not a meeting of world class athletes to compete and receive recognition; this is just another corporate money-making project. Is there anywhere we can effectively protest this crap? Probably not, but,let me know if there is...and, I will!
