Icon Maker
Mike Duffy sent me this a while back: Abi-Station. I hadn't taken the time to make one--the reason it's cool (its detail) is also the reason it takes forever to make one. Here's one from the Portrait Illustration Maker:

Both at least somewhat accurate. I especially like the little one on the bench -- that's me sitting outside my office in the sun.
