Lately, I have toned down what I being in my purse. My fiance Tom says I bring too much stuff, but you know how the saying goes, "You can never have enough." I'm kinda embarrassed knowing I carry so much stuff. Most of the time, it's because I forgot to take them out; other times, it's just for security - you know, it's nice to have them with me even though I don't really need it. At this very moment, this is what's in my purse: (beware, I really bring a lot of crap everywhere I go) a small green notebook - for emergency notes 2-year planner - for important dates a ziplock bag with 2 Halloween-sized KitKat bars a Magic Rub eraser - which I forgot to take out 2 sets of keys - 1 for my parents, the other for my apt. 1 bottle of Cover Girl Vintage Roses nail polish - I painted my nails at work 1 small travel-sized bottle of Bath & Body Works Freesia lotion wallet - credit cards, lots of receipts, pictures, money, business cards, license 1 Starlight mint - green one an overdue phone bill lots of pieces of paper with notes scribbled on it - for some kind of purpose a white scrunchie - for my long, unruly hair a paperclip a cute lipstick holder w/ mirror - Hello Kitty a small calculator a tiny phone book - most of the info is outdated anyway a Garfield checkbook & check register 2 Chinese fortune cookie fortunes a pay stub a paid credit card statement a coin purse - coins, peppermint (red one), credit card, gas receipts a pocket mirror - 5 years old 6 lipsticks - including 1 in the lipstick holder I know what you're thinking, "Why so many?" My answer, "I don't know." 1 tube of Anbesol - I accidentally bite the inside of my lip a lot a 3.5 floppy disk - for all those personal things I type at work 2 tiny jaw clips on my purse straps Honestly, this isn't a lot. I recently splurged on myself and bought a new purse. The last one I had was so dilapidated and worn out. The one I carry around now is a small purse, and it doesn't looked stuffed at all. It's just that all the stuff I carry are real small, and so many.
