It's capacious, with many slots and dividers. One side of slots holds: Credit Union check card Safeway card AT&T prepaid phone card Romance Writers of America membership card Peet's Coffee debit card The other side of slots holds: California driver's license Gorilla Sports gym card Smart & Final grocery store card Sierra Club card Smithsonian card San Francisco Public Library card Mechanics' Institute Library card [a private library] Media Alliance membership card Outside pocket: change I accumulate during the day Inside zipped pocket: dimes for emergency phone calls $25 emergency cash small nail file small kidney-shaped piece of quartz 1 taxi receipt a list of books to buy a coupon from Kinokuniya Books Inside compartments: Business cards [made by Willa!] in a small leather holder 2 BART tickets & 2 Golden Gate Bridge toll tickets In another compartment: a variety of punch cards from Baskin Robbins, Ben & Jerry's, 2 local yogurt shops, beauty supply store, etc. $24 in the bills section a plastic holder with: Aetna HMO card & Delta Dental card Calif. Academy of Science membership card folded $2 bill Organ donor card **and all very clean & well-organized. I'm obsessive about a tidy wallet & purse. Also: a hard case for sunglasses one of those index-card note pads a folding fan a tiny phone book a little plastic pen pouch w/ 8 pens inside and a teeny notebook [all from the exceedingly cute Kinokuniya Books...purveyors of fabulous Japanese office supplies] a package of tissues a small tube of Curel hand cream a small hair brush plastic contacts case cloth for cleaning glasses, in its plastic pouch A small blue & purple cotton makeup bag w/ attached mirror from The Body Shop. Inside: 1 Estee Lauder automatic lip pencil 2 antiseptic towelettes tiny bottle of contact lens rewetting solution tiny bottle of breath drops tube Banana Boat aloe vera lip balm Trish McEvoy #19 lipstick, in a little case I got w/ a Lancome gift 1 scrunchie 1 hair elastic Poudre Compacte Dermophile de T.Leclerc [fancy schmancy French pressed powder] I work at home, so my green Filofax is usually on my desk. If I go out, I put that in the bag as well. And a book, of course. It seems like a great deal all broken out like this, but really it's not. Really. And it's stuff I need!
