I tend to carry too much stuff. My purse is actually a miniature backpack and in it you'll find: my wallet/checkbook; keys; nail file/clippers; eyeglasses; sunglasses; notepad and assortment of pens; address book; lip balm and lipstick color du jour; tissues and hand lotion. I also carry a softsided black leather briefcase with a shoulder strap everyday. In there I carry my budgeting notebook, my daily planner (Winnie the Pooh, of course), books, magazines, special project information, address labels, etc, etc... Do I need all of this stuff everyday? No, not all of it everyday. But carrying it makes me comfortable and very rarely am I left without that one thing I need at the moment.
