Had there perhaps been snow recently that had blocked out the parking space lines, and then things melted after they'd already parked there?
Dunno....just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I'd hope somebody wouldn't be that stupid, but even with snow, it seems like they could tell that they weren't in line with everybody else!
They are just parked too perfectly. I personally think it was intentional.
