Photo Day

I've really been enjoying the blooming trees this Spring. I don't always really notice them, or pay attention, but the blooming pear trees on our street have seemed to be particularly beautiful this year.

This is the one in front of our house:

When I went out to get the paper this morning, I looked up, and this is what I saw, which is why I went in and got the camera and came back outside again:

On Sunday night I felted the second kitty bed, and re-washed the second one so I could block it larger. I finally found something I could stretch them over that would block them big enough--our vinyl-covered upholstered bar stools. I covered the stools with plastic wrap and stretched the beds over them. Last night they were dry, so I brought one up and put it on the chair in Bob's office, and Pyewacket immediately curled up in it for a nap:
