Nothing

Not much interesting going on at all, really. Well, that's not really true--nothing that would probably be of interest to anyone else, but interesting to me.

I've been spending a lot of time in the evenings studying the tarot, and I'm finding it completely fascinating. I had never really paid much attention to it before, just a vague, kind of cursory interest, but I've been reading a lot in depth, and learning so much! It's fun to have a new project, and it's always good to learn new things, I think.

I've been documenting some of it at Fallen Angel, because that seemed like the most appropriate place; I have so far avoided creating a new tarot weblog, although that probably isn't far behind . . .

I've even started thinking about making my own cards, just for the exercise. Making a deck of images that are meaningful to me. We'll see. Fun to think about, anyway.

Let's see, what else . . . Bob's getting ready to go on his annual fishing trip, so I've been thinking about what I'm going to do while he's gone. I've got a couple of movies that I want to rent ("Down With Love" and "Love Actually"), and I'm planning on seeing the new Harry Potter movie ("Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban"). I bought "The Return of the King," but I haven't watched it yet, so I'll probably do that, too.

I haven't been doing much (any) knitting, because my shoulder has been bothering me. It's better, though, since I've been giving it a rest, so hopefully I can get back into knitting a little bit, as long as I don't overdo it.
