Picnic pictures, a month late

Bob was playing with Pyewacket last night and I pulled out the digital camera and took a couple of shots, and when I was downloading them I saw that I still had the pictures from the Fourth of July picnic on there. I didn't really get any good ones, and I was going to just delete them, then I thought what the heck, I'd put a few of them up.

My mom and dad:

A little later, it started raining and my mom came in under the shelter, but in the meantime, a bunch of other people had set up their chairs out in the open space. As I took their picture, I said, "So this is the group that didn't know enough to come in out of the rain."

My uncle Clarence, my aunt Marilyn, Jeri, who is married to my Dad's cousin Taylor, my dad, and my dad's cousin Taylor:

This is my cousin Sue and her husband Bob, and their grandson Jaylen, who was being shy. Sue was going to coax him into turning around, but I took the shot too soon.

Then he turned around and I tried to take another one, but he was moving too fast and was just a blur:

There was one close-up of Bob, but the sun was behind him and the picture was too dark to use. So I was playing around with it in Photoshop, and came up with this, which I liked a lot. Surrealistic Bob:
