Insane

My hair (growing out my bangs) is now officially driving me insane. I'm not going to cut it, I'm committed to growing it out, but it's reached the length now where it flops in my eyes and I'm constantly pushing it back, but it's not long enough to stick behind my ears or really even long enough to put a barrette in it or something. I would hate to resort to bobby pins, but it may come to that . . .

Nothing of import, really, today. I went back to work and worked all day on the message board job; didn't feel like I accomplished a whole lot, but the process is so tedious and slow that any progress is good, I guess, and I did make some.

I had left-over spaghetti (just the noodles) with black-eyed peas and a sprinkle of fresh grated parmesan cheese for lunch, which was quite yummy, along with some jalapeño/artichoke dip and Wheat Thins. And tea. Not a bad lunch at all.

Bob had dinner with a friend, so I stopped and picked up a salad-to-go at Sweet Tomatoes, and ate it at home while reading a new knitting magazine, then Bob came home and we spent an hour or so paying bills, then I worked a little on my knitting weblog, adding a search function and updating some of the projects, and now it's nearly time for bed.
