In the comments the other day, Maggie asked how the cell phone charms attach to a cell phone. Most (but not all) cell phones have a little loop somewhere for a strap, usually on the top, where a cord can be threaded through. These photos show how mine looks. The cord of the lanyard is slipped through the loop on the phone, then you slip the charm through the lanyard loop and pull it tight.
And yes, I'll ship anywhere. :)

Thanks for that Willa! Now will have to get my hands on the girl's phones and see if they have the hole for a strap. Luckily Sarah's coming up from London for the weekend, so will be able to. And Helen will prob be over sometime too.

Maggie, I received mine today and it's gorgeous. It's a bit big for my phone, though, so I'm going to use it for something else. I encourage you to go ahead and buy a charm even if the phones won't work with one. You (and "the girls") will be glad you did. :-)

They are also great to attach to thumb drives......I bought the purple beaded one (WOW) and then realized that I couldn't attach it do my phone. Now I have the snazziest thumb drive around. I use it for my forms/files when I consult, and I've had several folks comment on how much nicer the charm is than a lanyard.
Fan pull, book/dictionary/bible marker, key tag/clock. diary or luggage, suncatcher (crystals) for sunshade, hung on lamp finial to rest on lampshade (georgeous) or sconce. What else?
I made a list, too -- how about hanging on a drawer knob or coat or hat rack? Or bed post? Or the small knobs on closet doors? I need go to around my house and take pictures of all the places I have things like this hanging!
