I had a nice interaction with the people at Tarots Lo Scarabeo this week.

I bought the Fairy Tarot last weekend in a set with a book, both of which were wonderful, but I was disappointed to find that the box of cards didn't include the normal booklet. I didn't really even expect to get an answer, but on a whim I sent an email to Lo Scarabeo, and someone wrote back almost immediately and said that the booklet wasn't included because the set came with a book, but that they would send me a copy of the booklet anyway.

And then a few days later, there it was! As was also another email from someone else at Lo Scarabeo saying that he would be happy to send me a booklet; I wrote back and thanked him, and said that I had already received one.

Lo Scarabeo's decks are my favorites, they are all wonderfully done and beautiful. It's nice to know that the people who work there are just as wonderful.

This page of Free Tarot Reading Sites is interesting for two reasons: 1) it's a page of free tarot reading sites! and 2) we're on it (David's and my Tealeaves site).

freeiPods.com has teamed up with various retailers to offer free iPods (naturally) to people who complete an offer -- I chose BMG Music's 12 CDs for the price of 1 -- and refer five people who also complete an offer. It's pretty painless, and it would be very cool to get a free iPod . . .

There was a story about this company in Wired recently, so it looks legitimate.

Clicking on the link above will take you to the freeIpods site and give me credit, so that I just might get one! Wouldn't that be cool??

Link from Misty, who my participation will help to get her free iPod.

This is quite cool: Godchecker - Your Guide To The Gods. Mythology with a twist!

Not exactly reverant . . . Sort of like a Cliff's Notes of the Gods.

ODIN: The Norse Biggy. ODIN is Father of the Gods, King of ASGARD, Ruler of the AESIR and the Lord of War, Death and Knowledge.

To travel the world without being recognised, he wears a huge wide-brimmed hat. He also - thanks to LOKI - rides an eight-legged horse into battle. All he needs is a six-shooter and a sheriff's badge to be able to stand in for John Wayne in True Grit. His biggest fans include the Berserkers, which should give you some idea.

eLouai's Candybar Doll Maker is really fun. I just accidentally found the Tarot card background -- The Stars. There isn't any way to actually save the dolls you create yet (the site says that functionality is coming soon), but you can take a screenshot and save them that way. Unfortunately, though, that doesn't preserve the animations--the stars on this card actually twinkle.

Here's a very interesting (I thought) introduction to remembering and interpreting dreams: Field of Dreams. I go through spells when I remember a LOT of dreams, then spells when I remember none of them. I just passed through a time of dream remembering, and am now into a time of not remembering. But I know I'll get back to them again. I love my dreams, and hate it when I can't remember them--I feel like I'm losing a part of my life. I honor my dreams. I think they have a lot to tell me.
